One of the most often seen at a dinner in Mexico are probably the "Spanish Rice", or perhaps grain, which also seems to accompany every meal. Unfortunately this is not how the Spanish-style rice is meant to be. It is not intended to be set red rice soft and sticky. Almost every Spanish cook can tell you that the Spanish-style rice in the category of "Sika sopa" soup or dry.
